Registration: 11:00 AM

Tee-off (Shotgun Start): 12:00 PM Noon

Awards Ceremony: Approximately 6:00 PM (after tournament play)

Important Registration Notice

To ensure clarity and proper tracking of all participants and sponsors, each registration type must be processed individually. If you would like to register as an individual player and sponsor and donor (or any combination) for the event, please complete a separate form submission for each selection.

Weather Policy

The TLSN Legends Golf Classic will be held rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather leading to cancellation, all registration fees and sponsorship contributions will be directed to support the Texas Legacy Support Network and its mission.

Golf Course Dress Code

All participants are required to follow Great Hills Country Club dress code policies:

Golfers must wear collared shirts at all times.

Non-metal spikeless golf shoes are required.

No denim jeans or non-golf appropriate attire is permitted on the course.

What time should I arrive?

Registration begins at 11:00 AM. Please arrive early to enjoy pre-tournament activities and lunch. Tee-off will be a shotgun start at 12:00 PM Noon.

Is my sponsorship payment tax-deductible?

Yes, contributions may be partially tax-deductible. Certain event benefits such as meals or player gifts may reduce the deductible portion. Please consult your tax advisor for specifics. TLSN can provide acknowledgment letters upon request.

Can I register multiple players or sponsorships in one form?

No. Each registration or sponsorship must be submitted through a separate form entry to ensure proper tracking and recognition. Thank you for your understanding!

What happens if it rains?

The tournament will be held rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather cancellation, all fees and contributions will directly support TLSN's mission to benefit former Longhorn student-athletes.

How can I donate a Silent Auction item?

You can pledge a donation using the "Auction Item Pledge" section of this form, or contact Sherryl Hauglum directly to coordinate your item donation.
