Sponsorships include recognition on event signage, printed materials, and social media where applicable.

Sponsors are responsible for providing all marketing materials, logos, and brand specifications.

Sponsorship payments are considered charitable contributions to TLSN, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, provided no advertising or promotional benefits are received. Tee box signage will include your company name or logo only, as a show of support. Please consult your tax advisor for deductibility details.

Rain Delay & Rain Out Policy (Non‑Refundable Donations)

By completing your payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• All donations and tournament fees are final and non‑refundable.
• This includes situations involving rain delays or cancellations, as decisions are based on course safety and management discretion.
• In the event of a rain delay, play may temporarily pause and resume when conditions allow. No refunds will be issued.
• If the tournament is cancelled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, TLSN will not issue refunds. Your contribution is considered a charitable donation in support of our mission.
• The tournament schedule and format may be adjusted or abbreviated to accommodate weather, without affecting the non‑refundable nature of your payment.
• Course unavailability or force majeure events (e.g. severe weather, safety concerns) may result in schedule changes or cancellation; no refund will be provided under these circumstances.

Important: Silent Auction donations are in-kind contributions and are not processed through this registration form. No payment is collected here for auction donations.
