Erik Stanley was a standout cross-country and track athlete for the University of Texas Longhorns. He earned multiple accolades, including being a two-time All-NCAA South Central Region honoree and a seven-time All-Big 12 athlete. During his senior year, he helped Texas achieve impressive team finishes, including two first-place victories.
After his collegiate career, Erik continued to inspire runners as a coach and mentor. He founded Trail Roots, a running community in Austin, Texas, where he helps runners of all levels achieve their goals.
