Carter Hill’s Celebration of Life

Sunday, May 15 at the Prospect House

Time: 1:00 pm

Carter Hill was a great friend and teammate to many ex-players in the mid to late 1980s who recently passed due to health-related issues.  He is most known for his lovable personality and his one-of-a-kind sense of humor that was the foundation of so many great times together.

Steve Llewellyn shares his thoughts:

He was a talented and fierce competitor on the Football field, graduating as a USA Today and Parade All American out of Naperville High School outside of Chicago.  He chose UT to be close to his parents who had relocated to Horseshoe Bay at the same time he graduated High School.  He played Center at UT, wore #56 and was a starter in 1985 and the beginning of 1986 until a neck injury sidelined the rest of his career.  Carter was a beloved father and husband, he was married to his wife Bobbi for 22 years and the father to two sons Jackson and Thomas Hoskins and daughter Bailey Hill.

To honor the special memory of Carter, we have established a college fund to help his daughter Bailey complete her nursing degree at UTSA. We sincerely appreciate your generosity.
