🏈 Mark J. Belisle – Longhorn for Life
Mark J. Belisle is a proud University of Texas alumnus who graduated in 1971 from the College of Liberal Arts. Though not a native Texan, he embraced Austin and the Longhorn spirit wholeheartedly. He established the Mark J. Belisle Family Endowed Scholarship in 1994 to support Intercollegiate Athletics at UT, saying it was a “concrete way to show my support” for the university and its student-athletes. His fondest memories include the legendary 1969 and 1970 football seasons and the celebratory chaos after the Big Shootout win over Arkansas.
