Thomas Delatour has passed away

Thomas Delatour was a sports enthusiast, particularly basketball. He excelled both on and off the court. Tom received a basketball scholarship to the University of Texas at Austin, where he developed lifelong friendships. In 1976, Mr. Delatour earned a BBA degree in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin. Before passing away, he expressed that his love for sports played a significant role in his achievements. .

Mr. Delatour has an impressive background in the field of real estate. He has served as the Chairman of the Urban Development/Mixed Use Council of The Urban Land Institute and as a Trustee of The Urban Land Institute. He is also a Co-Founder and former Chairman of the Advisory Council for the Real Estate Finance and Investment Center at The University of Texas at Austin, and was an Executive Committee member. Furthermore, he has been a part of the Foundation Advisory Council for the College of Liberal Arts at the University of Texas in Austin.
